Getting to Montauk
Montauk is at the far eastern tip of Long Island — about 2.5 hours from NYC by car, or a scenic train ride on the Long Island Rail Road.
✈️ Flying In
- Fly into JFK or LGA (best connections from the West Coast)
- EWR (Newark) also works — similar drive time
- MacArthur Airport (ISP) on Long Island is closer but fewer flights
- East Hampton Airport (HTO) for private aviation
- Book flights early — July 4th weekend is extremely busy
🚗 Driving
